- Send the LLC Operations Manual (40+pages)
- Provide Resident Agent Service for first year as required by State Law (NV or WY)
- File List of NV Manager and Members- (No filing of WY Manager or Members -WY is Private)
- Complete Mortgage Deed Lien (To be signed by you, notarized and recorded at county secured by Asset)
- Clients may add on a 20-page Living Trust, allowing you to map out your Beneficiaries for the structure in the case something happens to you. Plus, it takes away an issue(s) and protects you and your assets from probate. Ask our team for the details if you would like to include this as we draft your Operating Agreement.
